Location: the hotel was just next door to bus stop with direction to the capital of Mallorca-Palma as well as the welcoming nature of the stall who are always courteous, willing to be of help, and go the extra mile.

The staff is very kind. The location is excellent and the pool area is very nice, although not that big.

Bed mattress: every morning I woke up with backaches. The wi-fi, that is supposed to be free for hotel guests, doesn't work.

The location in center of the youg people parties. It was was noisy on the streets 24 hours per day and could be heard in the rooms.

The place was immaculately clean. I booked the twin room with sea views. Everything was excellent. the restaurant was really nice with the nicest patio. I tried excellent dishes. There was a very big bed, a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and central heating.
